I think gifts are the best part of any party. Birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, graduation gifts…they can be for just about anything! I like giving gifts just as much as I like receiving them. I try to really think about the person and what they like to do, their personality, etc. and I get a gift that really fits them. I always get complimented because even though you might get a gift from me that is different than everyone else, you’ll be able to use it! A lot of people give money as a party or wedding gift. I think that’s a good decision if you do not know the person very well. Most couples register at different stores, and you can see what the other guests have purchased, making it easy to choose which gift to buy. Registries are created by the bride and groom going through the store and choosing the things they might want, and then the store keeps that log.
