Back to the Future Party Theme
Turn your party space into Doc’s laboratory from “Back to the Future.” First, cover the walls with clocks of all shaped and sizes. Hang “Back to the Future “ movie posters on the walls.Attach lights to the floor to resemble a landing strip. Next, place an actual-size shell of a DeLorean with artificial fog coming out on one side of the room as a party prop.
You will feel as if you are part of the movie trology with lifesize cutouts of Doc Brown and Marty McFly. Dress as characters from the films. Doc replica costumes are available online, or make your own out of a lab coat and a wig. "Back to the Future" came out in the '80s, so dress in Madonna-like fingerless lace gloves, stockings, off-the-shoulder sweaters, legwarmers, and black leather pants. More ideas include big scrunchies, tight-rolled jeans, hats, colorful slap bracelets, belted t-shirt dresses, and lingerie as a top. Guys in the '80s wore high top Reebox, and acid wash jeans.
Flash back to the past by screening the "Back to the Future" films. Play a "Back to the Future" trivia game, giving the DVDs as prizes for the winners. Then dance and remisnice about the past with music from the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s.
