Batman Party Theme
Make one-of-a-kind invitations by cutting bat shapes out of black construction paper. Add Batman stickers and write the information in white puffy paint. Write Riddler-inspired invitation messagesm encouraging guests to come dress as either heros or villains.
Turn your home into a bat cave but covering walls with brown butcher paper and using black lights for a gloomy feel. Trace bat cutouts out of black construction paper. Or, take your guest to Gotham with city backdrops and a bat light make out of a big lamp and a bat cutout. Decorate using “Batman” movie posters, Batman Mylar balloons, and solid black balloons and streamers.
Hand out Batman masks for guests to wear. Or, dress as characters in the Batman movies, such as the Riddler, Robin, Batgirl, etc.
Create your own Batman signal lights for party favors. Buy an ordinary flashlight (preferably black) and place a Batman sticker over the light. Other options for a party favors are Batman coloring books, toy guns, suction cup darts, and other Batman toys.
Depending on whether the party is for kids or adults, watch the animated or real versions of “Batman.” Play the Batman theme music throughout the night. Explore the Batman adventures by handing out old Batman comic books and sharing favorites with others. Spark up some competition with the Batman edition of Monopoly or the "Batman Begins" video game.
