Rainforest Party Theme
Take your party guests on a jungle safari with these ideas:
Use a mist machine and a CD with jungle sounds for authentic jungle atmosphere. For an authentic setting, rent or buy a rainforest backdrop. Cover the party area with real and artificial tropical plants and big rocks. Decorate with animal cutouts or large stuffed animals. Think green when it comes to balloons, streamers and paper lanterns. Light the space with bamboo torches, African-inspired spears and pottery.
Host the party outdoors and light a bonfire. Another option is to host the party at the zoo.
For a wild party, hire an exotic animal handler to dazzle the crowd with snakes, birds, lizards, and spiders. Instead of pin the tail of on the donkey, opt for a game of pin the tail on the zebra.Give away jungle-theme coloring books as party favors for the kids.
