I am a professional photographer who ordered butterflies for an event. Was sent a confirmation e-mail and when the butterflies did not arrive and I called was told, oh sorry we should have called you we can't deliver them on a MONDAY. The person I spoke to Chad was rude and unhelpful and I had to cancel my order. Really embarrassing!!I would not trust them for an event EVER!!!
