Albert Lee Culinary Event Center is housed at the Albert Lee Appliance Center at Southcenter. The Culinary Event Center is a beautifully equipped display and fully operational kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances including Wolf, Subzero, GE Monogram and Viking to name a few, not to mention plenty of elbow room for cooking to your hearts content. The room allows for hands on or demonstration style set-up and can be arranged to accommodate just about any need. Albert Lee’s Marketing Department will work with you to be sure every need is met and every detail covered. The Culinary Event Center has hosted chefs like John and Caprial Pence of Caprial’s Bistro, John Howie of Seattle’s own SeaStar Restaurant and Celebrity Chef and author Martin Yan; and has been the site of fundraisers and team building events for groups like Fare Start, NuCulinary and WSCFF Burn Foundation. Types of events: private parties, corporate functions/trainings, family gatherings, team building events, seminars, meetings, cooking lessons and the like. The Event Center exists to: Nurture a healthy and vibrant interest in the art of cooking, develop strong ties among our community by offering a relaxed environment to come together and introduce the services we offer. Tables, chairs, linens, flat wear and china provided.
