Hello,
I was given your name and email by All-In Entertainment as a reference. I have several questions if you have a minute to help me. My husband and I recently got married in Las Vegas and want to add a Las Vegas flair to our party this summer. If you can answer 1 or all of the questions below I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
Congratulations! Guess this one’s not staying there.
1. Most important, did everyone have a good time & did they talk about how great it was after the party was over?
I hired All-In Entertainment for my company’s “2008 holiday party.” The year before, I was in charge of our worst-ever party, it wasn’t a funny year to hire a comedian. The “Casino Night” party was our best ever. We had more people attend then before. Our committee got rave reviews.
2. Did you feel the cost was worth the product received?
Product – yes. Their staff – we got it for a steal. They went by the speed of the players. I had never played craps and by the end of the evening, I knew the better bets.
3. Was the staff professional?
No – they were beyond professional, they were friendly and fun loving.
4. Did you ever have any communication problems with the company?
Yes – we dropped the ball on signing the contract and getting them the final payment. All-In Entertainment handled it all very professionally. They made me aware of the problems and we worked it all out.
5. How was the quality of the table games? Did they seem cheap at all?
No, they looked like what I saw in Atlantic City.
I planned the ’08 party, these are from the ’09 party [Tekelec Casino Night 2009 Candids] Pages 4 – 8 have some good shots of the staff and tables.
There is one other local casino company. The first year it came down to cost vs. the number of tables. All-In Entertainment won. And we luck out.
