I specialize in families, children, grad & pet portraits, along with weddings. I plan on opening the studio by July 2008 & will have fantastic promotions to get the word out- so don't miss the grand opening!
I have been a photographer for over 14 years now & I finally got the fire under my toes to open my own studio. It will be temporarily located inside the Liberty Tax Service on 19 & Van Dyke in the Gage Crescent Plaza (there is a Holiday Pizza & a driving school in the same plaza). My father owns it & he only uses it once a week outside of tax season. During tax season, however, I will still be able to 'fit you in,' during the week, but I will have more time available on the weekends-which usually works out better for most people anyway. (& I work for him also, so that will take a little bit of time out too). I will still be available for on-location, or in-house sittings during that time to give the sitting a more comfortable, familiar look at no extra cost. After April 15th when the office will again become 'my studio'- the on-location fee would naturally increase a little bit.
