With over15 years in the industry, Angel has trained with and cooked for the best. In addition to recent training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu of College of Culinary Arts and Culinary Institute of America in New York, Angel trained and served in the Armed Forces, working as the personal chef for the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, the Commanding General of Stabilization Forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and most recently, the Commanding General of U.S. Army Central.
