I release doves for any special occassion or ceremonial event. These doves are taken very good care of. They are fed a well balanced diet of mixed grains formulated just for them. I release these doves twice a day for exercise, and they are given a bath at least once a week. They are rock doves, which are white homing pigeons and they are the only birds that are released in this business. It is unethical to release any other type dove, simply because they do not have the ability to find their way back home. If you release any other type dove, they will die a slow death. Only trained professional people should release these doves. They are not sold or rented for self releases. The safety of our doves comes first. We hope that you can respect the doves safety as much as we do. |
