Kamilah, originally from Brazil, has a lifetime of exposure to a variety of music and dance.She began to dance at age six, where she learned Modern Ballet and Jazz. But it was just only when she came across Middle Eastern Dance that she found out how she could combine everything she had learned, put it all together to come up with her very own unique and fresh Belly Dance style that incorporate some Latin influenced hip movements, which also makes her shimmies one of a kind. She is a House Belly Dancer at Al-Amir Dallas and Al-Amir Addison. |
