Our uniformed protective officers, both armed and unarmed, are
supervised closely by area supervisors as well as the owners of
this company. We provide on site training, reinforcing standards
with the officers and interacting with client staff to insure that
the officers exceed their expectations before they are scheduled
for a post. At BSCI pre-employment screening and state
licensing is what helps us to provide comprehensive and ongoing
training. Close supervision and tight control is the core of an
