Whether your event is a small intimate gathering for a few or a large corporate or community event we can help to ensure it s a memorable one. Participants will have a blast in our Hula Hoopin' session where they will learn to use a weighted fitness hoop --great for bringing out the fun and personality in a crowd! Our Zumba sessions are sizzling hot and are appropriate for any age group --we take the authentic latin dance steps and add the element of fitness giving your participant an opportunity to let loose and learn a few new moves! |
