Buenaventura Guitar Duo
Berto Chico in duo with acclaimed Classical Guitarist Carlos Gonzales. Buenaventura Guitar Duo delivers a romantic and inspiring Classical and traditional Flamenco repertoire from Spanish and Latin American composers such as: Boccherini, Fernando Sor, Carulli, Sabicas, Albeniz, Guiliani, Machado, Paco Pena, Piazzola, Esteban Sanlucar, and Paco de Lucia.
Boyd/Delmonte Duo
Berto Chico together plays with virtuoso guitarist Adam Delmonte. Adam has performed with the L.A. Philharmonic, Boston Philharmonic, and was a first prize winner of the famous GFA competition. Together as a duo, Boyd/Delmonte deliver a quick, improvised and masterful performance by composers: De Falla, Paco de Lucia, Celso Machado, Jobim, Scarlatti, Bach, Carulli, as well as a plethora of improvised rumbas and collective traditional Flamenco falsetas.
Ritmo Gitano
The new Flamenco Music and Dance ensemble featuring Berto Chico~guitarra, Cristobal Osario~cante y guitarra, Ryan Zermeño~cajon y percussion, Cristina Villalobos~baile y palmas, and Paloma Rios~baile y palmas. This dynamic performance group performs traditional and original modern Flamenco. Imagine the Gypsy Kings, Paco de Lucia, Vicente Amigo, and passionate Flamenco dance all together and you have Ritmo Gitano (the Gypsy Rhythm Band).
