Birds For All Occasions specializes in White Dove Releases and beautiful caged birds that will keep your guests talking for years.
The gorgeous white homing pigeons that are used in the release will fly back to their home in Renton. They are highly trained atheletes who love to fly.
Will they really fly home? YES!
Pigeon is the French word for dove. Just as dogs come in many sizes from Great Dane to Chihuahua and each breed has its own innate talent, so does the dove family.
The small “collared” or “turtledove” that we use in the display cages are peaceful ground birds that would never find their way home and if released would soon die, as would the ruffled and fancy pigeons that are bred just to look pretty.
The white homing pigeons that we release, are naturally adept at returning home from hundreds of miles away! We refer to them as “doves”, as that is the term most people are familiar with.
It is important to choose a professional company whose love and care of the birds is of the utmost importance.
Consider using our beautiful display birds at entrances and at the guest book to greet guests. These can then be moved to the end of the aisles or to the front of the service.
