Our Staff Members have been fully trained in all areas of catering; From Set-up, Presentation of Menu and Etiquette of Service, ending every gathering with a complete and thorough Clean-up. Our Staff members arrive well before your guests. Start times vary depending on the level of set up and menu. We charge hourly for our Staff, with a four (4) hour minimum and Gratuity is not included. As Blue Ribbon Services has grown, so have the services I am able to provide for you. I not only supply Staff; I am available to coordinate your entire event. Whether you are hosting a Dinner Party or a Wedding, I have just what you need!
