It's a bar, it's a grill, and it's a brewery. Tucked away on the fourth floor of the Bonaventure Hotel, the Bonaventure Brewing Co. and Patio is one of the few Downtown locales where you can dine amid the city's skyline, while sipping on a handcrafted Strawberry Blonde ale or signature martini.
Despite its name, you won't find just your typical bar food at the BBC (though there's plenty of mind-blowing hot wings). The lunch and dinner menus tempt with American comfort classics with a gourmet and international twist. There's the blackened ahi tuna sandwich with wasabi aioli or the Maytag blue cheese-encrusted filet mignon. Entrees are substantial, from the roasted half-chicken to the honey pepper salmon to the artichoke ravioli.
If you don't have a lot of time you can visit "BBC2GO.com" to pre-order so the food is ready when you sit down. Or pick it up at the restaurant when you're ready.
Happy hour is one of the best values in town. It includes lobster bisque for $1.99, as well as a bacon cheeseburger or artichoke dip for $3.99. If you get hungry late, they serve food until midnight nightly and close the bar at 1 a.m. We have created a great late-night hangout for both visitors and local loft residents.
The BBC also hosts private parties in our patio overlooking the Downtown skyline, accommodating events as intimate as 20 and as large as 1,300 without missing a detail. Our staff treats even its first-time guests as regulars, creating a fun, friendly environment.
