Cakes Cape Cod provides customers with an unparalleled cake experience. Not only are our cakes amazing to look at, but they are baked with the finest ingredients (home made in a professional kitchen) and to the highest standards. Fresh cake is KEY, it's also our policy! We do not bake ahead and freeze any of our cakes. We only book ONE event per weekend allowing us to devote 100% to your order. We can assure you a moist delicious product. Head Pastry Chef, Andrea Jalbert, has been in the business for 21 years. She has worked in Boston and Cape Cod restaurants, finding her most valued experiences working at The Bramble Inn & Restaurant in Brewster. It was there that she discovered the satisfaction and pride involved with creative cake making. The gourmet establishment frequently caters and hosts receptions and rehearsal dinners. |
