Tom Kelly has 30 years experience making people happy with clean, clear caricatures drawn very quickly (30+ cartoons per hour). He has a booth at the Disney Resort, and has trained dozens of young artists in this field. All cartoons are done in a friendly, complimentary style. He wants his guests to be happy they got a cartoon! Mr. Kelly enjoys much repeat business, as evidence of his warm and friendly demeanor.
