Carolina Cupcakery specializes in gourmet cupcakes, as well other cup-sized treats, baked fresh from scratch, using the most natural, wholesome ingredients they can find including; sweet-cream butter, fresh flour, sugar, fruits and real extracts. No preservatives or chemicals are used in any of their products.
Wedding towers filled with lavishly decorated cupcakes are the bakery's main product, but they are just as likely to cater corporate meetings and children's events, too. Everyone loves cupcakes.
The Cupcakery also delivers wholesale-priced cupcakes for businesses that host parties (not for resale) and they host childrens baking classes and parties, themselves.
"We wanted to create a business that makes people happy by providing a healthy and eco-friendly alternative," said Dawn Eskins. "These cupcakes are baked the same way your grandmother baked them, with real butter and sugar. But grandmother would never have considered using some of the things we do!"
In addition to regular and giant cupcakes, they also do full-sized cakes, scones, muffins and Kolaches.
