Caroline's Cakes is a mail order dessert cake company. In 2002 we opened a storefront and expanded our line of products to provide local clientel with decorated cakes for any occacion, as well as wedding cakes, cupcakes and small retail items to be picked up or delivered locally. Our cakes, fillings and icings are all made from scratch. Our Specialty decorated cakes and wedding cakes are iced with a Traditional Italian butter cream icing. We do not use rolled fondant. We have 11 cake flavors to choose from, and even more filling flavors! |
