I draw so folks can see my work over my shoulder, laughs for everyone, everyone is entertained. I have drawn hundreds of thousands of people with a warm and friendly manner that makes everyone feel comfortable. I have worked in air shows, Amusement Parks, shopping malls, festivals, Faires and parties. I have also worked for Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, The Cleveland Clinic, The Cleveland Indians, H.J. Kirby Vacuum Corp., NASA Glenn Research Center, The National Association of Letter Carriers Progressive Insurance, Westfield Insurance and the Cleveland Cavaliers. I have been hired to do private parties for NBA SuperStar Lebron James. I went through a special screening and interviewing process (and passed) to determine eligibility to work at LBJ's children's' birthday parties. Day Care Centers such as KinderCare Learning Centers and The Goddard School Systems, Inc. .to name just a few....
My life size stand ups of Drew Carey and Mimi were featured on TV during the 2001-2002 Cleveland Cavaliers basketball games. My work has been promoted in a TV commercial in 2003.
Diana is working for the Cleveland Indian's at every Sunday home game until October. Come downtown to Progressive Field and watch her draw!
As the one of a very few (just a handfull) Actual Spirit Artist in the USA, Diana draws based on intuition to capture the essence of an individual. She is currently pursuing Certification in Face Reading.

F.A.Q.'S:
Q: Why are your prices so reasonable?
A: Even though my skill level is high and I years of experience, I want to bring the keepsakes and joy to everyone. Especially in this economy, this is not only for rich people. I want my love of my art be affordable to the Big Corporations as well as the single parents. I am an Ordained Minister and this is very important and meaningful to me. Seeing the look on a child's and parent's face makes it all worthwhile. I LOVE my job!!!!
Q: Why do you have a 2 hour minimum?
A: I ask for the 2 hour minimum because I am frequently asked to travel out of town or out of state for events. My time is negotiable for small events within the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County area.
Q: What are your rates?
A: See the Booking Information (Above) for current rates.
Q: How much for pre-printed paper?
A: In most cases a flat fee of $25.00 although sometimes it can be more for a complex design.
Cost is usually between $25.00 and $50.00.
Q: How many people can you draw per hour?
A: I can draw approx:
16-20 people per hour in black and white head and shoulders.
(one face every 3 to 5 minutes)
6-8 persons per hour with full body cartoon
(one full body cartoon every 6 to 10 minutes, the more detail, the more time it will take. ****SEE ABOVE FOR MORE INFORMATION. These figures are how fast I am PER Person, there is usually "down time" between drawings. Please give your guests time to "absorb" what just took place and allow "GIGGLE" time. (After all, isn't that what entertainment is? I place a very high regard on the fact that my caricatures are framable, not scribbles.
Q: Your already booked for the date I wanted.
Is there anyone you can recommend?
A: There are other professional artists listed on the internet along with other resources such as party planners and D.J's.
Q: Can you hold a date for me?
A: Contract and deposit holds your date.
A request for a date places it under "temporary hold" This hold is good for 10 business days to allow time for contract and deposit to be completed and mailed.
Once deposit and contract are received the date is marked as "held" and booking is guaranteed.
Q: what if I pay a deposit and have to cancel my date?
A: As a general rule deposits are non refundable. Any deposit made can be applied to another date if it is available or another service such as a Gift Caricature.
If a cancellation happens far enough in advance and the date is booked by another client then a refund of deposit can be given.
Q: Can you just come to my event and charge per picture?
A: Yes, if schedule allows and no hourly bookings come in before your event.
Guaranteed hourly events with paid deposits always get priority over any festivals, carnivals, etc where Caricatures are sold per picture.
