CASA PINO is historic 1929 villa, completely remodeled but with the 1920's atmosphere! We've kept the original integrity of the home but added modern amenities. The villa is a two story 4/3 home with a separate guest house on the 12,200 s.f. lot. It has a private pool with hot tub and the balcony overlookes prestigious Pinetree Drive.
Casa Pino can accomodate up to 100 people for any corporate or social EVENT!
After your party, you can also reserve CASA PINO and stay at the villa. There is plenty of parking in the courtyard and plenty of room to add a tent if the event requires it.
Casa Pino is in a prestigious residential area but also centrally located and within walking distance to the beach, shops, banks and restaurants. It is easily accessible to the Main Land since it is four blocks from Arthur Godfrey Road (41st Street).
