Ken Rizzo is a native New Yorker who cooked in some of Long Islandâs premier hotels and restaurants before coming to Charlotte. His 29 years of culinary experience have made him one of the community's most in-demand caterers and personal chefs.
Chef Ken does it all. He'll cater a party or reception for up to 250 guests, serve that romantic dinner for two, prepare a corporate event, and stock your fridge with tasty meals to enjoy anytime.
Charlotte Chef makes it easy. He brings all of the ingredients; pots, pans, and utensils, and cleans up. Most important, he'll custom tailor the food to meet your unique requirements and taste, serving food with a unique twist. Chef Ken also offers something he calls "Demonstration Cooking" a different entree every 15 minutes prepared on the spot for all your guests to learn and enjoy. Services include formal dinners, barbecues and picnics, corporate events, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions, Bar Mitzvahs, Christmas and New Year's Eve parties, and group cooking classes and much more. Drop-off services are available, as are gift certificates. |
