Planning a meeting or event? Why not have it at Rancho Cordova City Hall? With over 10,000 square feet of rentable space state-of-the-art technology, and responsive community room staff, City Hall is perfectly suited for your needs.
The largest room, the American River Room, can seat up to 230 people theater-style, and up to 140 people banquet-style. The Community Board Room holds a beautiful 21-foot marble table that seats 16. The intimate Coloma Room and the grand East Lobby itself are also available for rent. We have many amenities to offer:
* State-of-the-art AV equipment, including wireless internet access, microphones, projector screens, LCD monitors, and video recording capabilities (coming soon!)

What makes these rentable spaces stand out? The technology! The American River Room has one flat screen television, two projector screens and audio-visual equipment, including wireless microphones. The Community Board Room is perfectly designed for meetings, with laptop hookups to a flat screen monitor and to a ceiling-mounted projector. DVD and VCRs are also available in both rooms.
