The Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key understands that your wedding is more than just an event to be remembered, it's an experience to be enjoyed. That's why our staff offers the highest level of quality and service, whether you're planning an intimate gathering of 75 or a kosher catered event up to 220. You and your guests will enjoy attentive service, custom created menus, superb food artfully prepared and first-class hospitality.
The resort features an 11-room Conference Center with 7,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space plus unique and interesting outdoor function areas that can accommodate smaller groups overlooking the pool or Clearwater Bay.
Five meeting rooms have a view overlooking Clearwater Bay. The unique design enables meeting delegates to enjoy the view during meeting breaks, but stay focused during the event.
All meeting facilities are equipped with both fluorescent and incandescent lighting on master and individual control panels. Facilities feature dedicated business lines for computer modem access, an array of modern audio/visual services, and extensive catering opportunities.
A Meeting Planner Attaché Case is provided to each meeting planner and includes everything that a meeting planner or speaker may have forgotten, such as tape, markers, pens, pointer and extension cord.
In addition, the convention services staff provides amenities ranging from pencils to speaker platforms, while the business center offers facsimile and photocopying services.
