I am a local hair artist in the DC metro area that is looking to work with clients for weddings & special events. I do not do ANY CHEMICAL work -but- mainly have worked with doing "Wonderful Hair Enhancements", getting celebs dolled up, freelancing with TV and Fashion Shoots & Shows.
