2 Hot Cats are vets in the entertainment business, perfoming for over 25 years and currently performing weekly all over New Jersey. Danny Heise plays keyboards and sings everything from Sinatra to Ray Charles while Mikey "Cats" Catapano, formerly of the "Duprees" plays percussion and sings mostly backups. They are known as the "most wanted band in NJ."
We are only two guys but we sound like a BIG BAND. Listen to samples at DANHEISE.COM. Knowing that some affairs require more instruments, we are well prepared to add up to four other seasoned and rehearsed artists to perform with us including: Sax, Guitar, Bass and Female Vocals if they are available.
We are very sensitive to the needs of our clients and also to the sound of the performance. Our instruments and sound equipment are all state-of-the-art. Danny is a sound freak who always optimizes the perfect balance for the size of the room and the amount of guests. We make it our business to create an engaging party atmosphere with a balance of Non-stop live performances as well as DJ Dance Mixes and some crowd pleasing interaction.
Our repertoire ranges from the 50's to today and include: Standards, R&B, R&R, Classic Rock, Beach Music, Country and Doo-wops but our DJ selections expand out to all genres including what's hot off the presses today. We perform at events ranging from small pool / house parties and ceremonies to Large Wedding Receptions and Society Affairs. For weddings we offer a unique and exclusive WEDDING PLANNER FORM found at DANHEISE.COM which includes suggestions of the most requested songs for the Wedding Song, Dance with Dad song and Dance with Mom song. etc... We gladly offer discounts for benifits and fund raisers to support needy causes.
On our website we also offer some (ala carte) ADD-ON extras including: an ultimate lighting packages, table cameras, and prop packages with themes or just different combos of hats, glasses, sombreros, etc. There's also KARAOKE available too!
Entetainment PRICING
Instead of charging a high price up front our pricing is configured in an ala carte style so we can fit any budget, instead of throwing in stuff that you don't want or need. Your cost is gauged by our distance to the event plus moving in and out time, taking into consideration stairway flights, and walkway distances through the facility and so forth. There's always a chance of overtime added to the bill at the end. All these things add up to the time we need to get there and perform the event, not to mention pack up and exit time. Our packages start as low as $1200.00 but Dan is also available as a solo performer starting at $800.00.
