Descending Angels offers pole parties and pole dancing lessons. The parties are great for bachelorette parties, divorce parties, birthdays, or just for a fun night with the girls. The party lasts around two hours. During this time I will perform a dance to a song and then I break down spins, transitions and floor work for all the girls to learn. There is also a period of free time on the pole.
The lessons provide a great whole body workout that is addictive. These lessons are customized to my clients, and I keep the class size small. They can be just for exercise, or if the client desires, they can be more sensual.
