We used Digital Studios a few times and each time the customer service was horrible. They take on more clients than they can handle at one time and don't treat everyone equally. The quality was lacking (aside from a few he Photo Shopped) and on many photos, I could have taken better pictures myself. He also “lost” quite a few of our very important photos. It took a full YEAR to get some of my items from them. They are deceptive in what your package includes and then tried to charge me extra, when another customer received the same item for FREE! I would not recommend them and will never use them again. Buyer beware. |
