Dining In is a licensed and insured business, owned and operated by Felicia Pezzoni-Anderson. Felicia has been in the catering and restaurant business for over 15 years. She is available for personal chef services including weekly meal preparation and catering events for two to two-hundred guests.
Felicia specializes in healthy meals designed around your personal tastes.
She has experience preparing all types of cuisine including French, Italian, Mediterranean . . . even Ethiopian!
Felicia graduated in 1994 with a degree in Culinary Arts from The Restaurant School, Philadelphia, PA. She is also certified in Sanitation and Nutrition. Aside from running her own business, Felicia has had formal culinary training in France and experience in restaurants and major hotels in Texas, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Arizona. Felicia serves as President of the Phoenix Chapter of The United States Personal Chef Association. She has catered weddings, dinners, brunches and private parties.
All meals are prepared using the freshest, high-quality ingredients available. Chef Felicia would be honored to meet your personal chef or catering needs.
