Elegant Affairs @ PCAC is a professional event facility, which strives to offer you excellent value for your event. Our fees are based on a per person Guarantee basis, we allow for a 10% overage in our calculation of guest attendance and food preperation. All fees, and food and beverage orders are based on a minimum of 50 guests. Facility fees are $20.00 per person, and Food and non alcohol beverage minimum prices are $26.99 per person.
Requirements are as follows, there is a four(4) hour minimum/ limit on use of our facility. Any event lasting longer will be subject to a $250.00 per hour fee. Staffing, facility fees include three (3) staff members for each event, these are one (1) service preson, one (1) security officer, and one (1) manager. Additional staff may be necessary and recomended to insure a successful event. EA @ PCAC is happy to provide additional services for your special event. Pricing will be quoted on a per event basis. Our additional services include the following: Photography, Videography, Custom Printing, Theme Cakes and Desserts, Florists, Event Coordination, Ice Carvings,Audio/Visual, Valet Parking, Balloons, Engraved Chocolates, Stages and Dance floors, Limousine Services, Casino Arragngements, & Wedding Cakes, Wedding Gowns and Designs, Travel Agents,Tours and off premise catering events. Any other services you require should be discussed with our events manager.
