May it be a traditional chocolate decadence cake or a selection from the gourmet cheesecake menu, each masterpiece is embellished with intricate hand-sculpted chocolate resulting in edible art. Susan Morgan, owner and renowned pastry chef, works in concert with her clients to develop the perfect theme, color scheme and dessert menu for their celebration using the utmost professionalism and customer service. In addition to fabulous wedding cakes, Elegant Cheese Cakes is the trendsetter for innovative centerpiece cakes, gorgeous take home gifts and favors, stupendous place cards, and outlandish groom's cakes. Elegant Cheese Cakes far surpasses in creativity and quality reflecting on Susan's philosophy that her creations should be as original as the events at which they appear. Elegant Cheese Cakes has been featured in Modern Bride, In Style, Vogue, Better Homes and Gardens, Brides, Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Good Housekeeping, and the Neiman Marcus and Horchow catalogs to name a few. Last year, Susan was a recipient of the Top 25 Trendsetters award in Modern Bride's June 2005 issue and selected to exhibit one of her wedding cakes at NYC's Grand Central Station, as well as exhibit at Copia in Napa. Susan's works of art have also appeared on The Food Network, The Fine Living Channel, Oprah, The CBS Early Show, and The Today Show.
