ENERGY TANNING AND MIKE KNIES RIPPED ME OFF. I signed up for the unlimited monthy tanning, and paid the $69.99 one time fee and signed a contract to pay $17.99 per month. The employee and the contract said it was a valid until i cancelled it. The company closed the location (Mesa) 30 days later. I called the Phoenix location 2 times leaving messages, and no one returned my call. Two weeks later, I finally called and spoke with owner Mike Knies. He said he did not see an issue with me paying $70 for one month's tanning even though his company gave me paperwork saying I was entitled to an ongoing membership. He refused to credit me the sign up fee and said, "Good luck, Honey." Disgusting business practices and extremely poor customer service!!! |
