I ordered a custom made ring. What they presented was not what I ordered. They got it wrong, and now I was left with a ring I didn't order and the engagement plan was in place. I couldn't cancel the plans and had to go ahead with it, including the mis-designed ring. They fixed the situation which took a week and knocked off a yard, but still ... left a very sour taste in my mouth for a once in a lifetime event. |
