I have been catering in South Florida for approximately the past ten years. Exquisite Catering is a local, family owned, and operated business. My staff and I have been working together for roughly the past ten to fifteen years. Currently I have fifteen employees, working in 2800 square feet, and six trucks taking five to ten deliveries each daily. We have catered a variety of events, from 1st birthday Bar-B-Que's to Five Star Events with carving stations. We can accommodate any request, and personalize a proposal for any event. Additionally, Exquisite Catering handled some of 2007 & 2008's Miami summer camp program breakfast deliveries, summer camp, school, and day care facilities in Broward county, and various adult and juvenile rehabilitation programs.

Highly recommended! I don't usually write reviews but I had to do this because I was so impressed! The service was amazing and it was paralleled by the taste of the food. They gave us everything that we needed for our event! Serving utensils, sodas, plates, napkins and an igloo with ice. They even offered to give me burners with the stands to keep the food warm. The cost for the catering was super affordable for all that we got. @ $12 pp we got an Italian feast consisting of: Baked Ziti, Jumbo Meatballs, Lasagna & Bowtie Vodka Chicken, Garlic Rolls, Garden Salad with parmesan dressing and parmesan cheese on the side. The attention to detail was very pleasing.There is no where else with a better deal and superb quality! Happy client! |
