Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day is the basis to sustaining a healthy lifestyle. But let's face it, in today's face paced environment who has time for all that? Fit Lifestyles takes the confusion and hassle out of eating right by doing all the work for you.
How The Program Works
The Fit Lifestyles 5 day meal plan is designed to make your life easier. Every week our registered dietitian and certified personal trainers plan a healthy menu designed specifically to increase your energy level, increase your metabolism and DECREASE YOUR BODY FAT. In todayâs world of fad diets and untested pills the only thing proven to help you loss weight and keep it off is a lifestyle change. We allow you to maintain a healthy lifestyle without you having to do any of the work. No shopping, no cooking and no planning ahead of time.
We plan, prepare and package 20 meals for you to eat throughout the week. You eat your own breakfast and 4 of our properly portioned meals every 3 to 3.50 hours throughout the day. This allows you to eat the 5 small meals daily that every nutritionist agrees is the key to proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. All of our containers are microwavable allowing you to have a complete meal ready to eat in under 2 minutes with no preparation.
5-day meal plan guidelines
Eat 5-6 small meals every 3 to 3.5 hours throughout the day.
Combine a lean protein with a productive carbohydrate and a vegetable with every meal.
Avoid sugars and saturated fats.
Avoid fried foods.
Drink an ounce once of water for every kilogram of bodyweight.
Pick up meals
You can pick up all your meals for the entire work week on every Sunday or Monday at our store located conveniently near uptown Charlotte. Go home and put your food in the fridge or freezer and you are set to eat healthy for the whole week.
