I am a self-employed female personal fitness trainer who has recently relocated from St Louis to the Kansas City area. I am currently accepting new clients, which includes a free sample session. I specialize in women's fitness for all ages focusing on core and functional strength training. I do not require you to sign a contract or pay for a membership. Fitness equipment is minimal and all is portable. I will train you in your home or mine. Large space is not required. Pricing is affordable- you can train with me for as low as $80 per month! All fitness levels welcome including beginners. Must be 18 years of age.
