Our wide array of services include Full, Partial and Day of Event Co-ordination with several wedding packages to fit any taste and budget, Themed Events, Corporate functions, Balls and Galas, Conferences, Special Celebrations, Bridal and Baby Showers, Soirees and other specialties. We like capturing memorable moments.
We offer several wedding packages including Full, Partial and Day of Event Co-ordination. Depending on your package choice these services may include: directing of the rehearsal, wedding and reception, securing of vendors and coordination of payment for professional services, drafting a custom menu and caterer selection, assisting the bride in ordering her cake, flowers, ordering of invitations, obtaining special transportation for wedding party and out of town guests, as well as providing contacts and resources for out of town guests during the weekend. Other services are offered and vary according to your needs and packages.
For your Events a planner will assist you during the entire process. This includes: creation of a theme, selection of vendors, securing a venue, caterer, any rental and audio needs, and invitations. Other amenities include distributing programs, organizing gift bags, and ordering favors. We can arrange hotel accommodations for your guests, and provide specialized welcome bags for your out of town guests or business clients. Your planner will be at your event the entire time
