I adhere to California Balloon Law and am Fully Insured. I use precision digital equipment creating perfect balloons for attractive and long lasting decor.
I use the very best balloons with matching latex and foil designs, and coordinating ribbons. And I make my own bows 6" to 16" which creates a wonderful touch to bouquets and decor.
