Chef Irie Spice, aka Hugh Sinclair is creative and visionary in how he looks at food. If you're looking a for a run of the mill caterer with good but forgetable food, then that's easy to find anywhere. Chef Irie will make your event one to remember and people will be talking about the food long after your event is over. If he's cooking for you in your home, it will be cleaner than when he arrived. I have used him for a number of events, and never regretted it. |
