I offer full service event management needs. I will help you create the
most memorable event designed with your specific event and theme in
mind as well as maintaining your budget and still offering you with
professional vendor services. I can also be of part time service and
assist your teammates who may be already working on the project, but
need a little more guidance. Whether you are planning a small or large
event, whether corporate or personal, I am here to provide you with
expertise, lighten your stress load, and allow you to focus on the things
that need more detail to keep your company or personal life steadily
flowing.
Plan, execute, and evaluate the event from start to finish giving the client a complete proposal of all aspects of the event keeping a detailed timeline and production schedule
Find the perfect site for catering to your event theme
Provide the client with a choice of vendors that are within the budget as well as professional and offering the best customer service for the client
Locate vendors for all areas including but not limited to:
Invitations
Entertainment
Decorations
Florists
Caterers
Security
Photography/ Videography
To and from event transportation and lodging (if necessary)
Keep in full contact and follow up with the vendors and keep organized all contracts and agreements
Track the invites and follow up with the reservations and final attendance record, offering end of event incentives and information with the intent to obtain any attendance goals
Supervising at the event making sure everything flows smoothly from setup to cleanup
Conducting an evaluation of the complete event
