Our vision is to be a team of people driven by a sense of urgency to be the most customer-focused company in the photography industry. When all you hear from other studios is PRICE, PRICE, PRICE it is our goal to provide our customers with not only a terrific and economical product but provide you with customer service second to none.
Let us begin by telling you a little bit about our company. We have been a family-owned business for over 5 decades and we are recommended by the top catering and reception facilities in the area. In a time when anyone can own a digital camera and call themselves a photographer, we take pride in knowing that we are a well-established company with strong community ties. Unlike the “basement photographer” who might not be around in a year, you can count on us to be there before, during and after your affair.
Our studio is open six days a week and open four nights with hours to accommodate our customers. We like to think of ourselves as your “personal wedding consultant.” We are there as you plan your big day, we are there capturing the once-in-a-lifetime event as it unfolds and then we are there helping you to tell your story by helping you coordinate your album and other photography needs.
Our years of experience translates into providing you with well-trained photographers with an average of 12 years experience, who arrive at your affair in tuxedos and who will be with you from start to finish capturing your affair with as many pictures as it takes to cover your day. Our photographers shoot a style of photography that blends traditional classics with photojournalistic and candid photography. And be assured that we have 2 back-up photographers on call every weekend in case of an emergency. Who does that “basement photographer” have as a back-up? And we never charge overtime, mileage or an escalation clause.
Once your day is complete we provide you with your paper proofs in one week. That bears repeating because there is no studio out there that gets the paper proofs to their customers as quickly as we do. Once you receive your proofs and after you’ve taken them home to relive your big day (and to share them with everyone!) you will be assigned your personal album coordinator who will walk you through the steps of putting your album together. They will help you customize your album telling the story of your day. They can share with you the latest in digital technology and all of the effects that you might like to add to your pictures. Keep in mind that you can add black and white or sepia toned pictures at no extra charge to your album. Once your selections are made, your finished work will be ready as soon as 10 to 16 weeks! Plus as an added bonus we have a referral program that earns you credit towards your album coordination.
