WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I would strongly suggest not using Lily Lane Cakes! I ordered cakes for my wedding reception, an already stressful day. First mistake-cakes arrived nearly 3 hours late, well after most of the guest had left. Second mistake-cakes were wrong flavors. Third mistake-design requested was not at all incorporated. As a matter of fact, the owner, Kathy, later stated she had a vision for my cake and thought she would take it upon herself to provide me with her vision. Fourth mistake-the cakes did not even look like they were made by a professional, very untidy cakes, extremely rough around the edges. As important and eye catching a cake is at any event, unless you wish to be embarrassed, I would highly suggest ordering from any other bakery, or even Giant for that matter. |
