She shines equally as the main element of a show or a five minute set. Requiring next to no set up, sheâs perfect for almost any venue. Is yours a themed event? No problem, Little Wick has a portfolio of different routines from hula to sci-fi.
Fire Manipulation
Fire eating, fire breathing, and contact fire tricks are all part of the realm of fire manipulation, a beautiful and dangerous style of performing. Little Wick is known across Canada for her skill and experience in working with the medium of fire. She began eating fire at the age of 16 and has been madly in love this the art form ever since, constantly inventing new tricks and innovating old ones.
Side Show
The Classic Side Show, or freak show, was made up of individuals with strange and fantastical talents such as walking across a bed of broken glass or hammering pointed objects into one's face. Little Wick performs acts from of Side Show with an elegant and a sexy edge. It's all at once fascinating, frightening and gross. Essential to any carnival, or circus themed show.
Stilt Walking and Roving Characters
Perfect for adding atmosphere to any event, stilt walkers and roving characters can wander amongst the crowds and interact with your guests. Although Little Wick has a colorful repertoire of characters, stilting and non, spring stilts are her favorite. Using fibreglass leaf springs spring stilts allow the performer to bounce and jump, so you can see why she loves them.
Prop-Based Dance Styles: Poi, Hula Hoop, Flags, Staff Spinning, and Fire Dancing
Poi is the art of spinning lights or fire around the body in a dazzling mix of dance and martial art, popular on the beaches of Thailand. Flag spinning and hoop dancing are beautiful, high energy dance forms which are definite crowd pleasers, a performance can take the form of a dazzling five minute choreographed routine or an hour of background to add that little something wonderful to your event. With a ton of tricks and a touch of grace it's OK to stare, she expects it. |
