It is very easy to operate & requires no ice. You just pour a mix into our mixing bucket, add water & or alcohol, put into the machine, turn on & in 1 hour they are ready! We also leave you with clear printed instructions for you next batch, which you will not have to wait to freeze up, as you still have 2 gallons in the machine.
