Maverick Events is a full service event production company based in New York City experienced in producing events of all sizes and budgets, whether it’s an intimate cocktail party for twenty or a full-fledged concert charity benefit for two thousand with headline talent. We offer an array of services including, but not limited to: venue and site selection; vendor recommendation and relations; and complete on-site production including décor, catering, registration, and entertainment coordination. Maverick guarantees our clients will receive an impeccably run event, which will undoubtedly impress their guests and allow them to enjoy the event without worrying about having to run it!
In addition to our full service event production services, Maverick offers "Day-Of Planning" services. This is perfect for the individual or in-house staff looking to save money by planning their own event, but would benefit from the support of a professional team. With “Day-Of Planning” our client decides the level of Maverick’s involvement, whether we are needed solely on the day of the event to act as a liaison, a couple weeks out to help bring everything together, or intermittently throughout the planning process to offer our expert advice. By deciding exactly when and to what extent we are needed, our “Day-Of Planning” clients will receive all of the perks of hiring a professional event production company without having to incur the cost!
