This photographer has been the biggest disappointment to my husband and I since we hired her to photograph our wedding. For starters, we were way overcharged for her services and charged for every single little thing that any other photographer would have thrown in. For example, she charged us $1000 for a photo CD and then another $1000 for a photo album of which we never received (our wedding was over two years ago). She showed up late on our wedding day and so she had no time to photograph the groom at his home. She lost many of the photos that we had her take that day but she denies ever taking them. She also seldomly responds to emails or phone calls. The list of things she has done to disappoint us goes on and on. We have tried getting our money back for the album but she claims she has claimed bankruptcy and yet still advertises her business. On a positive note, she took a lot of nice pictures, but no better than what any other professional photographer can do and she's just not worth the stress and headaches she has caused us. |
