Australian made and designed label nicolangёla, has quickly gained a dedicated following for producing beautiful garments with precision detail. Luxuriously indulging the senses with a unique mix of daywear and evening wear.
The handwriting is an eclectic mix of old and new, combining breathtaking fabrics, indulgent textures, fluid lines and rich colors. Nicolangëla has captivated an international audience with its definitive style.
Nicole Williams designer and founder of Nicolangёla has been designing since she was a child. “Fashion is my true love and second nature to me. To see women in my designs feeling elegant and fabulous is extremely rewarding”
Nicole studied Fashion design at the National Arts School East Sydney. Nicole launched her own label at Paddington Markets in 1995 and soon was swept up by boutiques nationally stocking the label.
Melbourne beckoned and the Nicolangëla signature store and design studio in Greville Street Prahran officially opened in December 2000.
The label is designed and produced on site. The unique fabrics are imported exclusively from Europe and Asia. Nicole searches the globe for unique fabrics with her devoted clientele in mind.
Only small quantities of each design are made, ensuring customers originality.
A second boutique opened at Melbourne’s GPO in September 2004.
Nicole’s conquests include winning the “Myer Fashions on the Field Classic race wear 2003” and has recently been awarded first prize of “Myer Fashions on the Field Designer Award 2006”.
Nicolangela maintains continued press coverage and a faithful following of television, film, sport and music personalities who choose the label when attending the most prestigious and highly exposed events.
Nicole showcased her latest runway collection at the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival with fantastic reviews. Nicolangёla featured in the prestigious Australian Designer Showcase in Sydney for Preview 2006.
Autumn/Winter 2007 was launched on the L’Oreal Melbourne fashion Festival March 2007.
Nicolangela is available nationally throughout Australia and New Zealand.
