Hi,
We are in the beginning stages of our home to be rented out for different occasions: family reunions, surprise parties, corporate gatherings, artist retreat weekends, yoga retreat weekends, small wedding house for wedding party to stay at and have reception elsewhere, and more. What would advertising cost for such? Have you had inquires on such types of houses or locations? Out home is currently under construction due to be done by April we hope. We will start renting it our for the summer in June, which is a different business. The home has 7 bedrooms (sleeps 18), 2 living rooms, large kitchen/dining area which is common space with the downstairs living room. There is a handicapped bathroom downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. There is a wet bar upstairs, sunroom attached to a bedroom, and views of the Atlantic Ocean from all floors. We have parking for 7 cars, outdoor seating for eating outside, and panoramic views from out 4th floor roof deck. There is a third floor master suite that is not available , which is our Owners Quarters, and we have a reserved parking space in yard.
